What is your shipping policy?

We ship Monday through Wednesday using US Postal Service flat-rate boxes and our own gift boxes. Orders made after shipping are shipped out the next shipping day. If there are delays due to weather we will contact you. We do not ship on holidays. Depending on the state, shipping takes 2-4 days.

DOMESTIC

We ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Hawaii due to regulations.

INTERNATIONAL

Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

What is your refund/replacement policy?

We are committed to delivering fresh, quality oranges. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please email us at lindsay@sequoiarootsfarm.com.

REPLACEMENT: We will replace any damaged goods at no additional cost.

REFUND: If a refund is preferred, we will refund the amount minus the shipping cost.

POLICY STEPS:

  1. A photo of damaged goods is required for our records.

  2. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, no replacement/refund will be considered after 10 days of the shipping date.

Why are some of my organic Valencia oranges green?

We pick all our citrus ripe from the tree. However, 100+ degree weather causes some of the oranges to re-green as a way to protect themselves from the sun. The orange peel produces chlorophyll (which is green) as a sort of sunscreen. These are still sweet and juicy oranges.
